If you are having problems with the Paypal shopping cart. along with the part number you need and we will reply with a purchase invoice link, either from PayPal or SquareUp.

To add a part to the shopping cart, click on the price link or Add to Cart link.

This page is used to communicate with customers when our email does not reach you. Control F5 (PC) or Shift F5 (Apple) on your computer keyboard = Reloads this web page.

When sending us an email, please translate your message to English since we do not know what language yours is.

If you did not receive a confirmation of your order. Please contact us via email since we may not have your correct email address. If you have a PayPal account, please check your mailing address there. Many customers have moved and did not update their address on PayPal. Also note: PayPal stores your information on their site, like your mailing address and email address. Make corrections to paypal of any changes in case you have moved or changed your email.

Please order your parts online. It is best to email us to get a response within 24 hours and we can email you photos and links for quick information. If you do not have a computer, your public library has computers for internet shopping or the new cell phones work too. We do have a faster shipping method for the decals we sell and there should be an option to select express mail at checkout and I believe the ETA is within 7 days. Shipping from Canada will be via Air Mail and will have the same tracking number as USPS.

Complete motors are too expensive to be mailed. Local pickup is available in Minnesota, if we have any parts available.

Mail is sent out Monday thru Friday by USPS Priority Mail. Or maybe sent by FedEx, Mon-Friday. As always, if you have questions of any kind, the best way to contact us is by email which is located in the upper right corner of every page.

Our shipping prices are set at a fixed rate and do fluctuate from time to time, so the more parts you buy at one time, the more you save, unless you live overseas, shipping costs may be more. Prices that do not have a$1.99 (price) or an Add to Cart link are not available. If a price is not linked to the shopping cart then the price is not correct or we cannot obtain it. Please send us an email to request a part/price. You may receive another email if you ordered a part that is over-sized, like a Windjammer fairing to cover additional mailing costs.
